You can schedule a cleaning by calling us, emailing us, or filling out our online contact form. We'll be happy to set up a time that works for you.
No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your home working. If they finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.
Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.
Yes, we bring all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and if you're not happy with the cleaning for any reason, please let us know within 24 hours and we will make it right.
Scheduling Questions
We cannot guarantee same-day availability as our schedule can fill up quickly. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request if we have a cleaner available. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability and to give us enough time to properly schedule your cleaning. If you need a last-minute cleaning, please call us at 0450513640 and we'll do our best to work with you. .
No, you do not need to be home for the cleaning. Many of our clients provide us with a key or access code so we can clean while they are away.
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
For your first booking with us, we do require an advance payment to secure your appointment. However, for subsequent bookings, payment can be made after the service is complete. We accept payment by credit card or check, and payment is due at the time of the cleaning.
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.
If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours, 100% of the cleaning cost will still apply. Similarly, we require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling a service or 50% charges will apply if a service is requested to be rescheduled on the same day of booking.
Yes, all of our cleaners are insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

Our standard cleaning includes a thorough cleaning of your home or office, including cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, dusting all surfaces, vacuuming or sweeping floors, cleaning mirrors, and wiping down kitchen countertops and appliances. We also take care of emptying trash and recycling bins, making beds, and tidying up living spaces. We use high-quality cleaning products and equipment to ensure that your home or office is left clean and fresh. Please note that our standard cleaning is customizable, and we can work with you to tailor our services to your specific needs. Most of the time we send one cleaner but sometimes it could be two as some cleaners work in pairs. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
